Dancewear should be comfortable, fitted, and stretchy — the rest is up to you. We don't have a strict dress code. Wear shoes for your style and tie hair back, and you're good to go.
Not at all. Recital prep happens May–June and participation is always optional. Competitions are available through Resonance by SDC for dancers who want them — never required. We work on technique year-round.
There is no certain shape you're required to be. We welcome dancers of every size, age, and ability level. Flexibility and strength come with practice — showing up is the only prerequisite.
Just pick a class, show up, and dance with the group. No commitment, no pressure — it's free so you can be sure it's the right fit before you enroll. Not sure which class? Try a few.
Pick a class that looks good, request a trial, and come dance with us. It's free.
